We are partnering with fellow volunteer and local artist, Catherine Bryant on a fundraiser including a limited time offer for your donation.

Deadline to pledge and pre-order is June 12th
When people come to Kentucky Family Association meetings and events, we find unity in common beliefs and common causes. But we are all so much more than those things that we have in common with people. And the blessings that each person brings is such a beautiful gift.
A friend and volunteer for Kentucky Family Association who brings so much is Catherine Bryant. The sides of her that she presented to us early on was when many of us were looking for answers during the mandates, and the lockdowns, and the civil unrest back starting in 2020. She always gives people the benefit of the doubt, in love. She creates a safe space to talk to anyone and she tries to connect with who and where people are.
When asked what led Catherine to Kentucky Family Association, she said, “Several people shared AFA/ KFA and the Spirit-Filled work Dr. Simon has created”.
So when we were looking for volunteers to join committees, she stepped up to help on the education committee. She saw how children needed more support and a good learning environment. She strongly believes in school choice and our organization tries to inform parents of alternatives and support them to make sure their children are learning to read and write without indoctrination. Catherine took this concern even further and volunteered to teach at More Grace Academy. This is one of the schools that Kentucky Family Association helps to support, and she had the heart to teach the children artistic expression and the fundamentals of art.
Catherine also joined our election integrity committee. After seeing the discrepancies in the 2020 presidential election she became active in the election process and wanted to learn where the problems were in the process and see what she could do to be part of the solution.
Catherine’s husband is a military veteran. He was a Marine, serving in Viet Nam and has made the sacrifices to defend freedom in this country. Catherine also has a love for this country and wanted to understand better how we stand on the founding principles of the Constitution, so she participated in learning more about the Constitution through classes and groups that Kentucky Family Association has been pleased to promote.
When asked “what about being involved with Kentucky Family Association has impacted her the most?” she said, “The variety of opportunities to learn what is happening in the Conservative Community in Jefferson County and the state of Kentucky”.
Well, the benefits have been reciprocal, and we feel blessed by those that God has put on the path to being involved with Kentucky Family Association. When asked how she feels that God has impacted her life she says, “My relationship with our Lord and Savior has brought me through some very terrifying experiences. We walk together at all times throughout the day. My gratitude for His presence in my life is unyielding and ever-present. I try to be silent and “listen” to what He is saying to me, and it is amazing how many soulful people are brought into my life”. And she went on to express that “…I look for opportunities to share with new people I meet as much as I can about KFA and its outreach”!
Catherine is using one of her many gifts as a way to connect and share the love of God with the Community. She teaches painting and she says “While teaching, I share the fact that everything of beauty is God’s Design! Discovered by Leonardo Fibonacci, an Italian mathematician, considered to be the most talented western mathematician of the Middle Ages (1170 - 1250), and stemming back to the Pythagorean School. Yes, Art, beauty and nature have their origins in math! Our design, created by God is an indisputable fact! We are ALL created by God - hopefully people will begin to understand that our design, is from our Creator. I am constantly sharing this revelation”!
We are blessed to have Catherine also share her gift of painting with the Kentucky Family Association and has offered up one of her images for us to share with you.
Please consider a donation to the Kentucky Family Association and we will send you a pack of note cards with her patriotic artwork on them. And pay special attention to the Eagles Eye. Which is how the painting was named “Keep Your Eye on the Prize” and that is our Heavenly Savior Jesus Christ.
